Commercial Pilot Licence

Commecial Pilots Licence (CPL)
A Commercial Pilots Licence allows you to be paid as pilot in command of an aircraft not exceeding a weight category of 5,700kg.

 
To be eligible to obtain a CPL you must have:
 





Once you have an RPL or a PPL you can hire our aircraft to start building hours to work towards this.

A number of pilots will also complete advanced training such as Multi-engine, Night VFR or an Instrument Rating while building hours.
They can also add special design feature endorsements to their licence such as retractable undercarriage and manual pitch propeller control. 

  • 200 flight hours

  • 100 hours as Pilot in command

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Passed the CPL Theory Subjects
